- 兩磅 豬頸骨
- 一磅 蓮藕
- 一湯匙 枸杞
- 一塊 魷魚乾(可選)
做法
- 先把豬頸骨飛水。
- 在開始煲湯前把蓮藕去皮然后切成大塊。
- 將以上材料加入湯鍋里煮滾, 滾后慢燉。燉至少4個小時。
